SELENA GOMEZ CANCELS TWO GIGS AFTER MUM 'SUFFERS MISCARRIAGE'
Disney star Selena Gomez has been forced to cancel two gigs in the US, following the sad news that her mum reportedly suffered a miscarriage. According to E! News, Selena scrapped two Christmas shows this weekend in Chicago and Seattle, citing a 'family emergency' as her reason. It has now been reported that her mother, Mandy Teefey, had lost her unborn baby, which would have been the singer's first sibling and Mandy's first baby with her second husband, Brian Teefey. Gomez, 19, is said to have found out about her mum's miscarriage on Friday while appearing at Power 106's Cali Christmas 2011 gig in Los Angeles and left immediately for home. A spokesperson for the Wizards of Waverly Place actress, who is currently dating teen star Justin Bieber, is yet to respond to the reports.
